First, we want to say Happy New Year to our friend's and family. We wish you all the best in 2009. To share a little about our new year's eve festivities we must start by saying it was a fairly low key evening. This year we went to a friend's house in Scottsdale, who is originally from Washington. Most of the other couple's there were also visiting from Washington. Apparently, Phoenix is the place to be for the holidays. This past week has been filled with visits from friends from "home". Our new year's eve get together was "kid friendly". Almost every couple brought their child or children. Having Grady was fun but definitely challenging and different from our celebrations of the past. As you can see from the pictures Grady was the hit of the party. We were home by 10:30pm and didn't stay up to ring in the new year but we are looking forward to 2009.
