This weekend we tackled a home improvement project. Or should I say Tim did. He built a shed in our backyard for the yard and pool equipment. Grady was his right hand man. They spent hours together outside building the shed. When Grady wants to go outside he says "side" and brings us our shoes along with his and then pushes our legs toward the door. It is very effective communication. He definitely spends most of his day in the backyard.
This weekend started with a family trip to ride the horse. Then Tim and I had a babysitter watch the kids while we went for a nice long bike ride. It was a ton of fun and we even stopped for lunch and a little football before heading home. We use the pool on a daily basis since the weather is finally perfect. Enjoy the pics! Oh, and a video of Gretta grabbing a toy monkey. She just figured out how to use her hands to grab and play with her toys.
The new shed holds all of our equipment.
